L Is For Lady Dog

Lady dog looks like she is smiling in this photograph.

My dog Lady has a special place in my life and my heart, and she came to live with me back in 1994. She passed away in 2007, but I will always have fond memories of my beloved dog Lady.

    1. We adopted her as a stray, so it was quite a nice surprise all around. I know you have experience with adopting dogs that show up on your property, so you can understand :).

  1. I don’t have a dog, because I travel way too much and I don’t think it’s fair to the pet to kennel them. I do miss having a dog, though, and your pictures are great!

    1. Lady was my parents’ dog, but also mine in that I walked her and spent the most time with her when I lived at their house. Today I do not have a dog because I live in apartment and I do not think it would be fair. I might get one if I ever move some place larger. Traveling and leaving a dog behind would be hard on him, so I understand.
