  1. I love these pictures of the jay, especially the first and the last in the series you posted. I seldom take pictures of birds, because I find it hard to get close enough to them to get a clear image, except when they are babies in the nest. I really admire your ability to shoot such clear images so that we can actually see the expression on the bird’s face,

    1. I have never been able to take pictures like this until I got this camera. I even zoomed in on the valley twenty miles away from the mountains and spotted semis on the freeway. I think this camera is a game changer, and you will have a lot of fun if you decide to get one with a zoom lens. I would wait until after the holidays because I imagine the prices will come down with the new models that will be out for 2017.
