All the ingredients were assembled for making the stir fry. The tofu was cubed, the onions were chopped, and the garlic was minced. After this sauteed a bit, I added chopped broccoli, tomatoes, and radish sprouts to the pan. Also, I sprinkled in some chili pepper flakes.

  1. It certainly looks delicious! I am not a vegan, but I would love to try a taste of it. I think we can learn all sorts of things from competing cuisines and diets. We do not all have to eat the same, but there is always something inspiring in an original recipe.
